Hear what our patients are saying about Holland Hospital!

Our patients’ opinion of their experience with Holland Hospital is also a measure of quality. As we provide these highly technical health care services, we strive to provide them in a patient-friendly way. In fact, the way we provide care is just as important to our patients as the care itself. For this reason, we randomly survey thousands of patients every year to examine their experience with Holland Hospital.

Our surveys are not done just to measure our patients’ satisfaction. We also ask our patients how we can improve. Many of the observations and suggestions made by our patients have led to improvements in our services. Although we are very proud of the results from these surveys, we are focused on ways to continually improve the services we provide to our community.

Our survey results have provided the following information:

  • 99 percent of our patients would choose Holland Hospital again for the same service or procedure.

  • 99 percent of our patients would recommend Holland Hospital to a family member or a friend who needed the service or procedure.

  • When asked about their overall experience, 96 percent of our patients gave Holland Hospital the highest scores on a five-point scale.

  • 98 percent of our patients indicated their overall experience with Holland Hospital either met or exceeded their expectations.
